Le Nâu is the Vietnamese name of the Lesser Whistling Duck — a bird that never looks like it is in a hurry. We take our cue from it: a good life is not won by constant striving. Paddle easy, and let the rest ripple away.
We are self-centered in one honest sense: your own peace comes first. What brings calm stays. What does not, we let go.
What we do
We help companies run their technology and their people as one system, rather than two budgets that never quite meet. Our current work centres on AI and HRMS, delivered as a single accountable package.
IT Company Operation
The infrastructure, tooling and engineering discipline that keep a company running day to day — environments, deployment and the quiet operational work that decides whether teams move quickly or spend the week waiting.
HR Services
Human resource management end to end, with HRMS at the core: implementation, migration and the processes built around it, so the system reflects how your company actually hires, onboards and grows.

Memoirs of Midgard
We did not write this game line by line. We describe what we want, AI writes the code, then we play it and say what feels wrong. That loop is the whole method. What stays human is the judgement: every design decision goes into a ledger, well over a thousand so far, hundreds of tests hold the rules in place, and the feel comes from one person playing it through. The result is an idle guild RPG — the world of Ragnarok Online, rebuilt for a phone and a spare five minutes.
Truyền Thuyết
This is how we write long stories with AI. A person sets the world, the characters and where each chapter has to land. AI drafts. Then the real work starts: reading, cutting and sending it back. Truyền Thuyết went through six versions, with continuity audits and a final proofread, before it went to print, and the method it taught us now runs every book we write. The gamebook here is taken straight from that finished novel — nothing is generated while you read.

Off the clock
The ducks have paddles, and so do we. Pickleball is not something we sell — it is how we spend our time when the work is done. Old friends, new ones, and the reminder that the best teams are built on people who actually enjoy each other’s company.
