Le Nâu is the Vietnamese name for the Lesser Whistling Duck, a bird that never seems to be in a hurry. We take our cue from it: a good life is not won by constant striving. Paddle easy and let the rest ripple away.

The infrastructure, tools and engineering habits that keep a company running: environments, deployment and the quiet work that decides whether a team moves quickly or spends the week waiting.

HR from end to end, with an HRMS at the core: setting it up, moving your data in and shaping the processes around it, so the system matches how your company hires, onboards and grows.
Games we make
We make games with AI, for our friends and anyone else who wants to play. We describe what we want, AI writes the code, then we play it and say what feels wrong. The judgement stays with us: what the game is, what stays in and when it is ready to share. Every game is free and runs in the browser.
Books we write
We write long stories in Vietnamese, with AI under close human direction. A person sets the world, the characters and where each chapter must land; AI drafts, and the real work is reading, cutting and sending it back. Finished books are free ebooks on itch.io, and Truyền Thuyết also plays as a gamebook in the browser.
Off the clock
The ducks have paddles, and so do we. Pickleball is how we spend our time once the work is done: old friends, new ones and a reminder that the best teams are people who enjoy each other’s company.
