Connect letters. Collect words.

Click, tap, or drag through touching tiles on the hexagonal board to spell a word of at least three letters. Each tile can be used once per word. A Qu tile contributes two letters. Collect your word to earn points and coins; the used tiles disappear, and the letters above fall into place.

Longer words and rare letters earn more points. Green, gold, sapphire, and diamond tiles multiply scores. A mystery bonus word offers extra points when you find it.

Choose your pace

Classic is a thoughtful game with no timer. Burning tiles advance after a word is collected. Use an ember in your word to clear it before it reaches the bottom. Bonus tiles slow the embers, while scrambling can bring new ones.

Cozy removes the embers. Take your time, scramble whenever you like, and ask for a little hint. You can also choose a missing dictionary entry to create a board containing that word.

Build your own little library

Begin with 250 words in your starter book. Every accepted word earns coins, and a first discovery earns extra. Spend those coins on books that each unlock 250 more collectible words. The full library has 32 books and 8,000 words, with titles including The Little Prince, Winnie-the-Pooh, Heidi, and Alice in Wonderland.

Undiscovered words stay hidden: the dictionary shows only how many letters they have. Find a word to reveal it and move closer to completing each book. Previously found words stay saved, including words whose books you purchase later.
