Choose from our flexible training options designed to fit your schedule and goals, the possibilities are endless.
5-10 minutes to start the engine, listen to your body and ready for the simple drills such as Dink, Drive, Drop, Reset, Volley,...
Depend on the topic, we can do generic drills such as Serve & Return, Transition & Third Shot, Baseline Drive, Mid-zone Volley,... or we can stay focus to improve a specific skill.
Non-Volley Zone (Kitchen) drills focus on developing control and accuracy, include footwork, contact point, posture, create spin,... There are many drills we can do here, from chill Dink Rally to aggressive Speed-up and Counter, depend on the mood.
Pickleball strategy is simple: get to the Kitchen, consistently hitting deep, attacking weaknesses (feet and backhand), and moving in sync with your partner. But how can we do that?
